Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based social
worker position is available in Minneapolis, MN, serving elementary
students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. This contract role
runs from March 26, 2026, through June 12, 2026, providing support
during the critical spring months of the academic year. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive social work services to
students, addressing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges -
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop
and implement individualized support plans - Conduct assessments,
facilitate interventions, and provide crisis management as needed -
Promote a safe and supportive learning environment for students to
thrive academically and socially - Maintain accurate documentation
and adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an
accredited institution - Tier 3 or Tier 4 social work license valid
for the state - Experience working with elementary-aged children,
preferably in a school setting - Strong communication, assessment,
and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively within a
multidisciplinary team and diverse community Location: Minneapolis,
