Obvious Real Estate, a leader in property sales and real estate investment, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent Recruiter to join our Human Resources & Talent Management team. This position is key to sourcing and hiring top-tier real estate sales agents who align with our mission to maximize client investment returns through expert real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will excel in recruitment strategies, candidate vetting, and fostering strong relationships within the real estate community. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top real estate sales agents to our company Screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for employment Work closely with the sales and management teams to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates Initiate and maintain excellent relationships with hired real estate agents to foster a positive work environment and high retention rates Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in real estate regulations Utilize various recruitment tools and systems to track applicant data and recruitment metrics Proven skills in recruiting and staffing within the real estate industry Strong understanding of real estate market operations and sales dynamics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred Real Estate Broker License is beneficial but not required
