Overview:
We are seeking an IT Support & Administration Specialist providing IT user support and user administration to internal client users regarding existing, modified and new applications of software, hardware, mobile devices and telephones.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides advanced troubleshooting and coaching for help desk agents with the goal of reducing escalations to other IT teams.
• Solves technical problems with hardware and software.
• Coordinates repair or replacement of computers and accessories with guidance of the IT Support Supervisor.
• Performs back-up responsibilities for the Help Desk through answering phones and responding to e-mails.
• Responsible for setting up new user accounts and making the appropriate system modifications due to assignment changes.
• Sets up and moves hardware and telephones, images and configures computers.
• Disables user logins and removes computer equipment for personnel terminations.
• Manages mobile phone orders, setup and removal for devices on the firm plan.
• Provides firm-wide support for any mobile devices that connect to firm information.
• Assists with managing the inventory of computers and computer accessories.
• Assist with IT technology projects as assigned.Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Candidates should have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard law firm applications.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ticketing systems), and Microsoft Intune (preferred).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client service skills required.
• At least 2 years of IT experience is preferred.
• Success in this role requires a calm and professional demeanor, especially when supporting attorneys and staff under time-sensitive circumstances.
• Hybrid work model: This position requires 3 days in the Minneapolis office each week. Benefits:

  The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $62,000-$80,000/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
