Job Description Job Description Description: As a valued Operations team member, the job of Biffs Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily service technician’s operations to ensure timely, efficient, accurate service, and provide friendly and professional internal and external customer service. Responsibilities Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality and responsible for following strict protocols Adopt, contribute to, and lead by following the Biffs RoadMap vision and strategic anchors Dispatch service technicians and manage daily routing operations in accordance with established schedules and coverage procedures Conduct service technician check-ins and provide real-time routing and operational support Monitor, collect, and analyze driver performance data to support operational improvements Audit driver routes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with route standards Process route re-geocodes and update routing information as required Track, document, and coordinate resolution of customer complaints Confirm and document cancelled orders within RNA system Prepare, review, and maintain operational documents, including truck sheets, driver cover sheets, and pickup summaries On Call Team Member Utilize Biffs data management systems to ensure all required data is accurately captured real-time Cross train in additional areas to serve as a back-up team member when needed Requirements: • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people • High School Diploma (preferred) • Prior dispatching or logistics experience (preferred) • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities • Dependability • Technically savvy, very comfortable with MS Office software • Professional demeanor • Must be able to work independently • Time Management Skills to create quality work in an appropriate time frame to meet deadlines • Ability to think and communicate timely, logically, and analytically for excellent coordination • Strong creativity and problem solving skills • Organized • Flexibility Biffs Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
