CompanyITL USARequisition ID132138BRInfosys is looking to hire a seasoned Functional Senior Consultant with Oracle Procurement Cloud experience. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for implementing Oracle Procurement Cloud SaaS services for our clients. The role involves coordinating with internal and external teams, communicating with leadership at various stages, and interacting with customer process consultants, business SMEs, and technical members to understand and analyze processes. The candidate will also identify automation opportunities and make recommendations.Required Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or willing to relocate; this is a 100% onsite role, and remote work is not accepted. Travel within the US may be required.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Procurement Cloud SaaS (Sourcing, Supplier Management, Integrations).
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Strong implementation/support experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to understand business requirements and map them to solutions/enhancements.
• Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, solution design, testing, UAT support, cut-over, and go-live activities.
• Effective onsite-offshore communication and work management skills.
• Coordination with other teams for end-to-end process delivery.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visas.Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to coordinate with business users, inter-team, and client leadership.
• Experience managing teams of 5-10 members.
• Desire to work in a global delivery environment.Compensation and Benefits:Estimated annual salary in Minneapolis, MN: $69,353 to $90,159. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, disability coverage, reimbursement accounts, additional insurance options, and a 401(k) plan.The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
