About the Role Transit Team is hiring Paratransit Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation for passengers across the Twin Cities Metro area. Job Requirements Must be 23 years or older . Ability to read, write, and communicate in English . Satisfactory driving record (no suspensions). Ability to pass a DOT drug test and background check . Must have a DOT Medical Certification . Ability to sit for long periods , bend and move to secure wheelchairs , and assist passengers safely. Comfortable working in all weather conditions . Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area . Must be able to assist passengers using mobility or walking devices (training provided). About Transit Team Inc.
