GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Dental Services and Professional Services team with the development and execution of projects and administrative support associated with Delta Dental of Minnesota. This role will help support various aspects of the business through a broad spectrum of coordination of activities. Internship Term: Summer 2026; 29.5 hours/week; On-site This position will be with Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Required: A self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision Excellent reading, writing, copy editing Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Professional brand ambassador at all public events and tradeshows A Team Player with the ability to see the big picture goals of the organization and contribute on day-to-day tasks EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree Minimum of a junior status for the 2026-2027 academic year WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS Travel Requirements: none Weight Lifting Requirements: up to 20 lbs. Sedentary Work: Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation while working on a computer RELATIONSHIPS Reports To: Vice President of Dental Services Directly Manages: None Internal Relationships: Clinical team, Operations, Actuarial, Marketing, Account Management, Legal and Compliance External Relationships: Clients, vendors and stakeholders BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Benefits for this position include earned sick and safe time. The salary for this position is $18.50 hourly. Salary offers will typically be made in the listed range. The Company takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including merit process and internal pay alignment when determining the salary for potential new team members.
