Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,334 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour, Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 Year License: Valid State License Preferred Certifications: - BLS - NBSTSA or NCCT Must-Have: - Experience with cardiac and vascular surgery cases Description: Position requires a Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician. Shifts available include 06:45 - 15:15, 09:30 - 18:00, and 14:45 - 23:15. Required cases include cardiac surgeries such as CABG (on/off pump), AVR, MVRR, TVRR, and aortic surgeries including aneurysms/dissections. Experience with total artificial heart, heart transplant, LVAD implantation, and minimally invasive valve replacement is needed. Familiarity with vascular surgery, including endovascular and open procedures, is also essential. Required case experience includes abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, atrial septal defect repair, carotid endarterectomy, coronary artery bypass graft, endovascular aortic repair, and more. A total of 6 operating rooms are available, including hybrid and procedural areas. Weekend coverage may be required, up to 2 weekends per month, as well as holiday call if needed. Candidates must be open to floating within their scope to meet facility needs. Interdisciplinary support is available for patient care. Daily census is expected to be around 8-10 patients. Experience with specific procedures and technologies is necessary. Candidates must ensure compliance with all background and credentialing requirements. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
