Job Details Location: Osceola, WI 54020 (St. Croix River area) — Wisconsin CRNA job Assignment Type: Locum tenens (Travel/Contract) – Travel CRNA Start Date: May 29, 2026 Duration: 26 weeks (with potential for extension) Shifts per Week: 5 Shift Duration: 8-hour days (7:00am – 3:00pm) Schedule: 2 CRNAs daily; call every other night and weekend Setting: On-site, independent CRNA practice — general anesthesia and regional anesthesia cases Electronic Medical Record: Epic (Epic EMR experience preferred) Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $6,770 - $7,140 Job Requirements / Qualifications Active CRNA license in Wisconsin or eligible for Wisconsin licensure (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience in clinical anesthesia Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, DEA Required immunizations/tests: Rubella titer and Mantoux (TB) test Clinical proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks (adductor canal, TAP, iPACK, interscalene, popliteal, occasional PECS) Comfortable providing independent anesthesia care across a range of cases (adult, pediatric, OB, endoscopy, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, podiatry) Strong documentation skills in Epic EMR and ability to collaborate with perioperative teams Responsibilities Provide high-quality anesthesia care for a broad case mix including general anesthesia, bread-and-butter cases, endoscopy, podiatry, pediatric ENT (patients from 6 months), OB (~100 deliveries/year), ophthalmology, urology, and orthopedics Perform regional anesthesia blocks independently (adductor canal, TAP, iPACK, interscalene, lower extremity/popliteal, occasional PECS) Manage spinals and epidurals—perform procedures without overnight stay following epidural placement when indicated Participate in the call rotation (every other night and weekend) as part of the CRNA team Document all perioperative and anesthesia care accurately in Epic EMR Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure safe patient outcomes Why Apply Ideal locum tenens CRNA assignment for travel CRNA professionals seeking a varied case mix and independent practice Work in a supportive small-hospital environment near outdoor recreation and community amenities in Osceola, WI Opportunity to expand regional anesthesia and pediatric anesthesia experience while using Epic EMR Apply now to be considered for this Locum Tenens CRNA / Travel CRNA position in Osceola, WI.
