WellTech Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist
Assistant (PTA) to join an elite Acute Care and Rehab team in
Stillwater, OK . We believe that high-quality patient care starts
with a supported clinician. In this role, you will work in a
collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where your expertise
in treating total joints, spine, and complex surgical cases is
valued—all while enjoying a schedule that respects your time.
Compensation & Premier Benefits Hourly Rate: $28.68 – $38.00/hr
Annual Salary: $59,633 – $79,040/year Comprehensive Coverage:
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Extra Perks: A robust "Many
More" benefits package. Schedule & Clinical Setting Work-Life
Balance: Monday–Friday schedule (with Saturday and Holiday
rotation). Setting: Inpatient Med/Surg Rehab & Acute Care Hospital.
Caseload: Fair and balanced daily distribution based on patient
census. Clinical Scope: Implementation of therapeutic interventions
for total joints, spine, and diverse medical/surgical diagnoses.
Job Summary Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist,
you will provide essential therapeutic interventions in a
fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting. You will be a key
contributor to program development, quality improvement, and
clinical problem-solving, ensuring the highest standards of ethics
and professional practice. Qualifications Licensure: Current
license to practice as a PTA in Oklahoma (or license eligibility).
Certification: Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Experience: Required experience with adult and geriatric
populations; experience with physical disabilities is highly
preferred. Skills: Strong verbal/written communication and the
ability to work effectively with confused or aggressive patients.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
throughout the shift. Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and
pull light to moderately heavy material or patients (up to/over 100
lbs). Adequate vision and hearing (with or without correction) for
