overall leadership and direction for nursing services within the
skilled nursing facility *Ensure delivery of high-quality,
resident-centered clinical care *Lead, mentor, and develop nursing
leadership and frontline teams *Maintain compliance with state and
federal regulations, including Medicare requirements *Oversee
clinical documentation, audits, and quality outcomes *Partner with
leadership on survey readiness and continuous improvements *Address
resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
*Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
*Support staffing oversight, clinical education, and performance
management *Champion safety, infection prevention, and best
clinical practices What You'll Bring: *Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the State of Minnesota *Associate Degree in Nursing
required (BSN preferred) *Min 1 year of DON or nursing managements
experience in a skilled nursing facility *Strong knowledge of
long-term care regulations and clinical operations *Confident
leadership presence with the ability to coach and support teams
