The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and therapy services in patient homes. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, compliance with healthcare regulations, and ongoing staff development to enhance patient care and achieve organizational goals. Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services Manage, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality assurance measures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Analyze patient care data to guide improvements and report to senior management Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and procedures Participate in the recruitment and training of new clinical staff Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain adaptable under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license CPR certified Certification in healthcare management (preferred)
