Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity to provide occupational therapy services
within an elementary school setting, supporting students from
kindergarten through 12th grade. The role is a contract maternity
leave assignment, running from January 5, 2026, to June 5, 2026,
with full-time hours Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: -
Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to students
individual needs. - Collaborate with educators and support staff to
develop and implement effective therapy plans. - Maintain accurate
documentation and progress notes in compliance with school
policies. - Support students participation and success within the
school environment. - Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse
needs of students across K-12. Qualifications: - Valid Occupational
Therapy license. - Experience working in school-based occupational
therapy preferred. - Ability to manage caseloads effectively with a
flexible approach. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort with commuting between multiple school locations within
the district. Location: - Position primarily based in an elementary
school in Hopkins, MN. - Some assignments may involve middle or
high school locations; candidate should be comfortable with travel
