Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team
and work flexibly between Cokato Manor & Dassel Lakeside
Generations. No productivity expectations! At our organization ,

Part-Time, eligible for benefits, requiring 2-3 days of work each
week. Compensation Range: $25 - $32 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant:
Support occupational therapists in executing treatment plans aimed
at enhancing patients' daily living activities (ADLs). Track
patient progress and document results in alignment with care plans.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding
therapeutic techniques and exercises. Work collaboratively with
healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, applying
knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Qualifications for
the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: Must have graduated
from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold
an Associate’s degree. Must possess a valid MN Occupational
Therapist Assistant (COTA) License. Must have a solid understanding
of state, federal, and local regulations related to long-term care.
Must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without
reasonable accommodations. Must communicate effectively in English,
both verbally and in writing, and possess adequate communication
skills to fulfill job requirements. Strong knowledge of physiology,
anatomy, and medical terminology is essential. Ability to deliver
patient care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient,
