Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
occupational therapy services within a K-12 school setting, this
contract role is based in Burnsville, MN, and offers an opportunity
to engage with a caseload of 15 to 20 students depending on the
full-time equivalent (FTE) commitment, which ranges between 0.2 and
0.4 FTE. The position supports a collaborative OT team comprised of
one full-time OTR/L and two full-time COTAs, with COTAs delivering
the majority of direct therapy services. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services focusing primarily on fine
motor skills, emphasizing handwriting support. Utilize the
Handwriting Without Tears curriculum as part of therapy sessions.
Implement Interception intervention strategies, as the OT team is
fully trained and regularly employs this approach. Coordinate with
COTAs to ensure continuity and effectiveness of direct therapy
services. Maintain flexible scheduling to meet the weekly FTE
requirements. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
a valid state license. Experience working in school-based therapy
or related pediatric settings. Proficiency in fine motor and
handwriting interventions. Familiarity with Handwriting Without
Tears curriculum and Interception intervention preferred. Ability
to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate contract needs. Location:
Burnsville, MN (K-12 School Setting) This contract role offers the
flexibility to tailor days and times to fulfill the required FTE.

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.78 to $58.78.
