Job Description Job Description Description: Burnett Medical Center is looking for full-time and part-time C.N.A.'s to work in our long term care center. Wages up to $30/hour. Includes benefits. SHIFT & HOURS: 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am) 5 days a pay period, full-time 4 days a pay period, part-time Every third weekend 1 winter and 1 summer holiday Work-Life Balance Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, employer-paid life insurance, short-term disability and up to a 3% match in the 401k retirement plan. JOB SUMMARY Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to residents and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the DON/Charge Nurse. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Wisconsin C.N.A. certification or ability to obtain. Must have had no convictions, nor have pleaded “no contest” to resident/patient abuse, neglect, or mistreatment.
