With strong leadership, modern facilities and dedicated clinical support staff this position has what you need to practice your way.--- Collegial group looking for a motivated physician to join a community centered practice.--- 100% outpatient practice with dedicated APPs, excellent administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.--- Moderate 1:3 call with no hospital call. --- 4 --day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1. --- Physician retirement allows you to step into an established patient panel.Compensation Details:--- Competitive, guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus wRVU production bonus up to 80K.--- Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation well above MGMA median. --- Comprehensive benefits with extraordinary retirement contribution, CME stipend and malpractice insurance with tail. --- Signing bonus, relocation stipend plus additional incentives.
