Technician for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible general
facilities repairs and preventative maintenance activities across
campus This position is part of the Facilities department located
in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site position. At Beckman Coulter,

at a time. You will be a part of the Facilities team and report to
the Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing six buildings on
campus and managing a team of eight associates. If you thrive in a

opportunity to: Ensures successful maintenance of building
infrastructure by troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical
equipment (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heat-pumps,
cooling towers, etc.). Conducts facility inspections and equipment
condition assessments to determine necessary modifications,
including repair work and replacement of refrigeration systems
(Walk-in Freezers and Coolers). Work collaboratively with a team of
repair technicians as well as project and facility manager The
essential requirements of the job include: Associate degree (or
equivalent) in related trade (e.g. HVAC) Refrigeration License 3
years' experience in HVAC and/or building equipment
troubleshooting/repair and able to lift up to 75 lbs. You should be
proficient in: HVAC Refrigeration Systems
