Automation Technician in the custom injection molding industry!
Salary: $32-$40/hr Shift: 6:30 am - 3 pm M-F Location: Minneapolis,
MN Job Duties and Responsibilities Help build and automate
machinery to maximize productivity. Research and justify the cost
of automation and process improvements. Train personnel on how to
use and get the benefits of new equipment. Collaborate on
evaluating equipment needs and making recommendations for new
selections. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Read and
comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists. Solve
problems and make decisions independently as required. Education
Requirements High School Diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities: Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Knowledge of plastic injection molding methods, processes, and
procedures is preferred. Attention to detail. Ability to prioritize
work and manage multiple tasks. Must be able to sit, stand, and
move throughout the plant for extended periods. If you are
