Job Description Job Description Now Hiring Mechanical Assemblers Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform mechanical assemblies to build a variety of cool equipment, such as aerators and industrial machines. Your tasks will involve using hand and power tools, including power drills, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools, while working from blueprints. You may work independently on sub-assemblies or collaborate with a team member on full assemblies. Depending on the assembly department, you could be working on 5 units daily or one unit every 2-3 days. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assemblies of large and small equipment. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products according to blueprints. Work independently or in teams to complete full product assemblies. Ensure timely production of units, adjusting to varying daily output requirements. Essential Skills 6 months of experience with hand and power tools. 1 year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience. Ability to interpret blueprints effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent attendance with no more than one missed day per month. Positive attitude and strong work effort. Interest or experience in automotive work is preferred. The environment can vary from low-key to fast-paced, depending on production needs. You will have room to work, whether independently or with a partner, with full training provided. The schedule is primarily first shift, Monday to Thursday, with optional partial shifts on Fridays Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BLAINE, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
