Job Description Job Description Job Title: Stator Winder Location: North Mankato, MN Pay: $24 Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift About the Role Join our team as a Stator Winder , where you’ll play a key role in building motors and generators that power essential systems. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a passion for precision work. What You’ll Do Insulate, wind, and connect stators for motors and generators. Follow detailed methods and specifications to ensure quality. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in electrical assembly, stator winding, or machine operating preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Skilled with hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a manufacturing environment.
