available for a Paraprofessional to support students at the middle
and high school levels within a specialized Restore program focused
on Emotional Behavior Disorder. This role involves working closely
with a caseload of 7-10 students, providing essential educational
assistance and behavioral support in a structured learning
environment. Location: Elk River, MN (travel to St. Francis, MN
area) Key Responsibilities: Assist students with Emotional Behavior
Disorder in the Restore program, offering individualized support to
enhance learning and social skills Collaborate with teachers and
support staff to implement behavior intervention plans and
instructional strategies Monitor and document student progress,
maintaining communication with the educational team Foster a
positive and engaging classroom environment that meets the unique
needs of each student Support classroom management and facilitate
small group or one-on-one instruction as needed Qualifications: At
least 60 college credit hours completed, or An Associates Degree,
or A valid Paraprofessional Certification Experience working with
middle or high school students, preferably with emotional and
