Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to support a center-based behavior program designed to
serve students requiring intensive behavioral support and
assistance with reintegration into general education settings. The
position is located in Osseo, MN, within a middle school
environment and operates on a contract for the current school year
(CSY). Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction and
support to a caseload of approximately 10 students, primarily in
grades 2nd through 5th, with some K5 students as admissions
fluctuate. Manage a center-based classroom focused on behavioral
interventions while facilitating student reintegration into
mainstream classes, typically engaging about 4 students who remain
in the classroom full time. Collaborate with a team of 7
educational assistants to maintain a high staff-to-student ratio
and provide individualized attention. Address a diverse range of
student needs, including Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD),
Other Health Disabilities (OHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD),
and support for a student with blindness/visual impairment.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education.
Valid Minnesota State Special Education teaching licensure.
Experience or comfort working within a center-based behavioral
program environment is highly desirable. Location: Middle school
