Full-time Description Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Woodbury West branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions Requirements What You Will Do: Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis Exhibit Blaze’s Core Values: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota’s Best, and Give Back Your Schedule: This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. ( Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked). Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
