Currently seeking an experience Senior Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team. This position is located in downtown, Minneapolis and we offer pay up to 40k a year, Benefits, and a business causal environment. If you are interested and meet the qualification than apply today!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

? High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

? Two years previous office/administrative support experience

? Proven interpersonal relation skills, effective communicator and collaborator

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

? Two-year degree in Construction/related field or equivalent work experience

? Two years of experience in construction project management or related field

? Knowledge in Construction Terminology

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Interior Construction programs, processes, and projects by leading information and contract management elements; partnering with team members and vendors to implement project objectives; providing appropriate documentation and communication between field teams and vendors; and analyzing data and developing performance key metrics and vendor execution reporting.

3. Project Close-Out

a. Follows and executes Project Close-out Best Practice Checklist procedures for all completed programs/projects.

b. Maintain off-site records archiving according to company policies

4. Training

a. Creates, updates and/or deletes training documents per supervisor and/or project management staff direction
