Job Description:
Job Description Position Overview: \n\n The Back End Coordinator
is responsible for coordinating team members, maintenance, and
operations of the back end to achieve safety, quality,
productivity, spoilage, and housekeeping requirements. Maintain
operating efficiency and can quality by overseeing training,
manning and completion of required maintenance and repair of back
end operations. \n\n Duties And Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t
Evaluate training needs and provide and/or coordinate appropriate
training of back end team. Track and monitor progress of training
and provide feedback and input in the performance evaluations of
back end team members. \n\t Coordinate, schedule, track and monitor
the maintenance and repair of back end machinery and equipment, and
review preventative maintenance data to identify and address trends
and issues. Coordinate priorities and work assignments during
change overs, maintenance days, overhauls and plant shutdowns. \n\t
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for back
end equipment, including safe work practices, job safety analysis
(JSA’s), and ensure that they are being consistently followed. \n\t
Track and monitor parts utilization and inventory, and place orders
as necessary to keep adequate stock on hand. Ensure the
availability of all necessary specialty tools for back end team
members. \n\t Attend meetings to provide technical expertise and
suggestions for improvements in product quality as it relates to
back end processes. \n\t Work with suppliers and machinery
manufacturer representatives to take advantage of new technology
and ensure proper product support and technical assistance are
provided. \n\t Meet with back end team members to coordinate trials
and qualifications, and solicit ideas or concerns and improve the
flow of information within and outside the department. \n\t
Assist/augment back end team with maintenance and repairs of back
end machinery as required by production needs. \n\t Prepare/provide
written and verbal reports to management as requested. \n\t
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned. \n
Qualifications: \n\n In addition to the specific responsibilities
listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following: \n\n
Minimum Requirements \n\n \n\t High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
\n\t Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing facility;
maintenance, repair, or a related manufacturing role. \n\t
Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and data
analysis to identify trends. \n\t Knowledge of Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and safety
regulations. \n\t Strong understanding of inventory management and
parts utilization processes. \n\t Direct experience in
troubleshooting machinery and equipment issues. \n\t Strong written
and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams,
suppliers, and manufacturers. \n\t Well-developed organizing and
project planning skills as well as time and resource management.
\n\t Proficient in Microsoft Office. \n \n\n Preferred Requirements
\n\n \n\t Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-speed
manufacturing facility. \n\t Working knowledge and experience in
the operation, maintenance and overhaul of canning back end
equipment. \n\t Project Management experience. \n \n\n Competencies
\n\n \n\t Strong problem-solving skills through an individual
and/or collaborative approach \n\t Ability to work independently or
with a team \n\t Must be able to look at new solutions and “think
outside the box” \n \n\n Physical Requirements: \n\n \n\t While
performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly
required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms,
and may be required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
\n\t The Team Member may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. \n\t
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
\n \n\n Working Conditions: \n\n \n\t Generally, works in a plant
environment, but may be required to perform some job duties inside
a typical office setting. \n\t While performing the duties of this
job, the Team Member may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and
vehicular traffic. \n \n\n \n\t The Team Member may be exposed to a
wide range of temperatures. \n\t The noise level is frequently

Wages: $32.35 \n\n Benefits: \n\n Crown provides competitive pay
