Job Description:

Develop, publish, and implement test plans; write and maintain test

automation; and define and track Quality Assurance (QA) metrics such as

defect densities and open defect counts. Apply a working knowledge of

QA test plan and test case writing using design notes and functional

specifications. Log product deficiencies using Software Product

Lifecycle Management tools, and perform automated test writing including

both API and GUI. Represent the QA function on cross-functional teams

and provide all test results and information in real time through the

Web. Mentor junior team members, provide guidance to peers, and manage

small projects and test efforts.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical

Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related

field plus one (1) year of experience providing Software Quality

Assurance.

OR, in the alternative,

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical

Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, plus three

(3) years of experience providing Software Quality Assurance.

Special Requirements:

1)Demonstrated expertise developing and implementing software Quality

Assurance methodologies, including the design, development, and

execution of software test plans;

2)Demonstrated expertise writing complex SQL queries for data

validation;

3) Demonstrated expertise developing automated tests using the Selenium

framework with Java; and,

4) Demonstrated expertise managing source code using GIT version control

systems.
