Job Description:
We're hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support
the realtors and carry out basic administrative tasks. You'll serve
as a liaison between the agent and clients and be responsible
screening and conveying relevant messages and making appointments
and travel arrangements for the agent. You will be responsible for
managing the paperwork of each real estate transaction, answering
the team phone, and assisting the realtors with tasks they need
throughout the day. You will also be responsible for the
safe-keeping of customer information in the database, keeping the
office supplies well-stocked, and working with other departments
when necessary. You will also help with light social media and
marketing duties along with providing a high level of customer
experience. Candidates should be quick problem solvers, extremely
organized, and have experience as either a realtor or a real estate
assistant/transaction coordinator. Please do not apply if you have
no experience in the field. We are looking for a full time
position, however we are open to part time if you are someone has
done this job before.
Responsibilities:
--- Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and
clientele
--- Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant
duties, such as picking up orders
--- Manage the client database to keep information orderly and
confidential
--- Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos
or reports to the broker
--- Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker
--- Working with the MLS, Purchase Agreements, Listings, and
Contracts that are used within a transaction
--- Light Marketing Duties.
Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent required
--- Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and
Multiple Listing Service
--- 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or
administrative assistant
--- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Real estate experience is required for this position
--- Experience working through real estate transactions from start
to finish is required
About Company:
Greg has been in the business since 2008. Jen works on staff as
well in a part time real estate agent and we have a new intern
starting as well. We are looking for someone who can join our group
to help keep us organized in the office, manage transactions and
all paperwork that is involved. We value faith, family and friends.
